Dave DiLullo is a drum circle facilitator, performer, teacher, and composer.
After directing dozens of marching percussion programs including the UCLA Marching Band and various colleges and high schools, Dave turned his focus toward world drumming and drum circles.
Dave leads Global Drum Circles, the largest drum circle activity in the Silicon Valley and is a regular facilitator at Kaiser’s “Rhythms of Wellness” program. Recently, Dave led a drum circle for 400 attendees at Marianne Williamson's Forgiveness Day workshop.
In association with the Peninsula Stroke Association, Dave is also applying drum circles as an exciting new therapeutic activity for recovering stroke and severe brain injury patients.
Dave has performed with Jeff Oster, Michael Manring, Deborah Winters, Michelle Chappel, Faith Rivera, Jami Lula, William Susman, Ann Licater, Suellen Primost, Paradiso, Rickie Byars Beckwith, Steve McCarthy, Michelle Jordan, Shambhu Vineberg and Sharon Henderson. Dave brought world percussion to Michelle Chappel's "No Place Like Home", winner of the 2008 Billboard World Song Contest.
David DiLullo directs the music program at Center for Spiritual Living in San Jose. He is a Health Rhythms trained facilitator, and is endorsed by drum companies Remo, Inc and Vic Firth, Inc. He is a UCLA graduate and is a Senior Marketing Manager for TiVo, Inc.
